The excited class of 2023 glittered under the gown of Busitema University on the 16th June 2023. The University and its students were also worth celebrating as more than 1,200 graduates joined their families for the day-long event with dignitaries who opened commemncement.
In a firm, sobering address Prof. Waako, the Vice Chancellor urged us to embrace our role as change agents and leaders in [none], whatever we do tweeted another one today they are standing as pioneers who will be shaping the future of Uganda, he told the guests.
Thousands of graduates, including those in engineering, agriculture and education and health sciences have all at the turn of their success been acknowledged for their work. Special awards were presented to top performers including the prestigious Chancellor’s medal.
The ceremony underscored Busitema University’s commitment to producing skilled professionals equipped for national development.
