Who Can Become a Member?
Membership is open to individuals and institutions with an interest in supporting the growth and development of Busitema University. Eligible members include:
- All alumni of Busitema University
- Members of staff who have served continuously for at least two (2) years
- Members and former members of the University Senate
- Members and former members of the University Council
- Alumni of institutions that were phased and transformed into Busitema University
- Any other persons approved by University Council
How to Join
- Complete the official Convocation Membership Application Form
- Submit the form to the Convocation Executive Committee for review
- Pay the prescribed membership fee
- Membership becomes effective upon confirmation of payment
Note: Alumni who paid membership fees at graduation are only required to pay annual subscription fees.
