The Annual Mentorship Programme 2022 connected Busitema students with experienced alumni and industry professionals for structured one-on-one mentoring and group workshops. Activities included career panels, sector-specific masterclasses, and networking sessions that helped final year students clarify career pathways and prepare for the transition to the workplace. The programme strengthened links between the Convocation and current students, creating ongoing mentorship relationships and practical signposting to internships and job opportunities.
